Our History
North Shore Guttercleaning is a privately owned Australian business. We specialise in the cleaning of gutters, down pipes and roofs for residential, commercial, strata and real estate properties. Established in 1999, we have a proven track record that spans the greater Sydney areas. We currently service over 1500 residential properties, more than 1200 strata titled properties, numerous commercial premises, retirement villages and retail outlets. Our customer base includes more than 60 individual strata management companies and numerous individual real estate agents across Sydney.
Our experienced team has all the necessary safety training and all the right equipment to ensure we get the job done safely, efficiently and to a very high standard.

North Shore Guttercleaning has been founded on a simple philosophy. Quality Service. We believe that good communication with our clients plus our attitude to doing the job properly, safely and efficiently means you will be more than happy with our service and will wants us to come back next time.
Simply put, this means that you will always be confident that we are doing a great job, we do it with safety as a priority, we are efficient and cost-effective and we will leave no mess behind.
We pride ourselves on building strong relationships with our clients and providing regular or one-off gutter cleaning schedules to suit all our customers preventative and reactionary property maintenance requirements
Our view is that we are only as good as the people we employ. Therefore the most important people in our business are our staff. Our team is friendly and highly professional. We pride ourselves on our OH&S record that is second to none, based on safety and performance training that is ongoing for all our staff and which includes mandatory Workcover inductions and Working At Height certification. We are fully insured and we do not use subcontractors. All our staff are full time employees of North Shore Guttercleaning .
